I work with individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, perfectionism, identity development, and life transitions. As your counselor, my purpose is to create a compassionate environment to engage with your self-talk, values, and physical responses to stress.
Exploring the mind-body connection unlocks ways to give ourselves support and builds a resilient internal compass. I help to energize that self-knowledge through humble curiosity and support you in tapping into that connection between mind-body to better understand your unique sensitivities and strengths.
I am passionate about this work because I believe in the power of being heard and understood. I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. The hardest step is often the first one, and I'm here to help make it easier.

My approach is collaborative and holistic, recognizing that healing involves our physical, mental, and emotional experiences. We can work together to understand the thoughts and emotions that make you feel stuck in the same patterns.
In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and create a path forward. I work with individuals with many different needs including those who manage sensory processing sensitivities (highly sensitive person HSP).
