I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, perfectionism, and relationships.

In our work together, we’ll explore the thoughts and emotions that keep you stuck. By strengthening the connection between your mind and body, we’ll begin to shift unhelpful thoughts, build emotional awareness, and uncover your unique strengths and sensitivities. This process creates room to connect more deeply with your values and motivations.

I also specialize in supporting sensory processing sensitivities (highly sensitive person HSP). You might simply be interested in better understanding your unique experiences and sensitivities, or in exploring whether you identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP).

I am passionate about this work because I believe in the power of being heard and understood. Together, we’ll navigate the tangle, uncover clarity, and nurture your growth at a pace that feels right for you.

I provide online therapy to adults in Texas offering video sessions Monday through Friday, with some evening availability. I accept most insurance plans, and sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long.

My approach

My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I see therapy as a holistic process where healing involves our physical, mental, and emotional experience. I also take a systems approach to therapy, recognizing that your experiences are shaped not only by your inner world but also by your relationships, environment, and larger social context.

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and create a path forward. If you have certain sensitives you are bringing, I see those as something but something to explore, understand, and care for.
