Some days, the world may feel too fast and just too much. This leads to anxious thoughts, emotional overload, and a constant undercurrent of self-criticism. Taking care of your needs seems challenging, and you sometimes end up emotionally exhausted in relationships. Maybe you feel everything deeply, or you get overwhelmed in situations that don't seem to affect others in the same way.

I offer a place to pause, reflect, and gently reconnect with yourself. You might simply be interested in better understanding your unique experiences and sensitivities, or in exploring whether you identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP).

I’m passionate about supporting sensitive individuals because I believe in the healing power of being truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll navigate the tangle, uncover clarity, and nurture your growth at a pace that feels right for you.

I provide online therapy to adults in Texas offering video sessions Monday through Friday, with some evening availability. I accept most insurance plans, and sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long.

This includes investigating the spiraling negative thoughts while paying attention to physical distress in the body.
