In our work together, I create a safe and compassionate environment where we'll engage with your values, inner monologue, and natural physical responses to stress. Engaging with the mind-body connection unlocks ways to give ourselves relief and support. I help you tap into that connection between mind and body to find natural paths to healing, while better understanding your unique sensitivities and strengths.

My approach is collaborative and holistic, recognizing that healing involves our physical, mental, and emotional experiences. In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and create a path forward together, focusing on how you navigate each day to build your resilient internal compass.
